We are pleased to announce the return of our health lecture based on the classic text, Principles of Popular Korean Medicine (Tongsuk Han-uigak Wallon).
Last year, participants of all ages from various regions joined us via Zoom.
This year, we’ve added "Small Weekly Missions" to help you immediately apply what you learn to your daily life.
[Lecture Overview]
- Goal: To interpret the core concepts of Principles of Popular Korean Medicine (by Cho Heon-young) through the lens of modern physiology and clinical expertise. You will learn practical lifestyle rules to prevent and manage chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.

- May 18 | The Path from Mind to Body: Understanding the body’s language through stress, meridians (Gyung-rak, 經絡), and pulse. / Mission: [Relax] 10-minute meditation before bed.
- Jun 1 | Korean Medicine Wisdom to Beat Modern Diseases: Managing metabolic disorders to overcome diabetes and hypertension. / Mission: [Record] Take photos of your meals.
- Jun 8 | Becoming a Healthy Master Without Medicine: A manual for true recovery and "Healthy Freedom." / Mission: [Freedom] Complete your personal health rules.
